- All registration fees are non-refundable, non-negotiable, and non-transferable.
- You are responsible for arranging your own visa (if you require one), accommodation, meals, and transportation during the conference.
- Once you complete registration and your payment is successfully made, you will receive a regular invitation letter within 2 business days from the time you registered and made payment.
- Any changes needed for spelling or minor mistakes in the invitation letter are free of charge but may take more time, maximum of two working days.
Data Confidentiality
We want to assure you that the information you have provided is secure and will only be used to facilitate the processing of your invitation letter for the conference.
Secondly, we will be sharing our list of delegates with the embassy in your country in order to combat fraud, as there are unfortunately many fraudulent conferences in existence.
Lastly, this information will assist us in keeping track of the number of delegates who have registered for the conference, allowing us to better plan and prepare for the event.
